FOOD PROCESSING

In response to the alarming rate of post-harvest losses, we have established processing facilities that consume over 20,000 metric tons of raw materials annually. Our processing activities focus on Cassava, Yam, Plantain, Sorghum, Cowpea, and more. This initiative contributes to food preservation, job creation, and national food security.
TRADING
We operate across the agribusiness value chain, including:
Aggregation of farm produce
Importation and sales of livestock feed ingredients
Distribution of finished goods
Trading in agricultural products such as palm oil, maize, cashew, yam, cassava, and plantain
FARMING

To maintain control over the supply of raw materials for our food processing operations, we implement backward integration by farming on over 1,200 hectares of land located in the Special Agriculture Processing Zone (SAPZ) of Ekiti State. Additional farming clusters are located across Moba and Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Areas.
We grow:
Cassava
Plantain

HIGHLIGHTED PRODUCTS
1. Royal GARRI
A widely consumed staple in Nigeria, Garri is a processed cassava product often referred to as “the common man’s food”. Over 80% of cassava in Africa is processed into Garri, making it a reliable indicator of cassava demand. Despite Nigeria producing about 68 million metric tons of cassava annually, the industrial processing gap remains significant.
2. Plantain Flour
In high demand both locally and internationally, with Nigeria’s potential annual demand estimated at 300,000 tons. The current supply level is probably less than 20% of the estimated demand with only few companies producing on mechanized and commercial scale. Unripe plantain flour is particularly recommended for diabetic patients.
3. Yam Flour (Elubo)
Used to make Amala, a traditional delicacy popular in Southwestern Nigeria. Our flour is finely milled and hygienically packaged.
4. Odorless Fufu Powder
A staple derived from cassava, low in cholesterol and rich in potassium, offering a healthier alternative to traditional fufu.
5. Poundo Yam
Instant yam flour that provides a convenient alternative to the traditional pounded yam. High in fiber and protein, yet low in fat and calories.
6. Dry Powdered Ogi (Maize Custard)
A traditional Nigerian breakfast made from maize, especially favored by nursing mothers for babies.
Partnering with Value Ingredients LTD has been one of my best investment decisions. Their professionalism, transparency, and consistent results have proven their credibility in the agricultural sector. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted and result-oriented agribusiness firm.
